This condensed strategic leadership and management workshop offered for Africa audience is designed to train, develop, and equip leaders and managers aspiring for effective leadership process that transforms individuals and organizations and equip them to create and implement “big ideas” This workshop will greatly benefit corporate business executives, senior administrators, state and local politicians, and policy makers, and church administrators.

This workshop explores the key strategies and best practices for designing and implementing effective coaching and mentorship services that support growth in employees, leadership and management growth for supervisors, and students ( low and high performing students in core subject areas, such as needed for science, technology, engineering, and mathematic (STEM) education). Established research and more immediate case studies are discussed in terms of extra support to better prepare and help students succeed in STEM curriculum.
