Founders’ Investment Holding: KANMAS FOUNDATION, INC (Sylvanus and Enefaa Wosu Foundation) provided GIRT foundation funding from its holding for partial support for building of GIRT-Leadership training Canter as a part the Education and Human Capacity Development Center (EHDC) and the purchase of 40-acre of land at Isiokpo for the proposed GIRT campus.

- Research deserving naming rights that enable individuals and families to connect their donations to GIRT mission and goals.
- Evaluate the value of naming rights of similar organizations nationally and reginionally.
- Highlight the impact of naming a space or program to attract large donations from high-net-worth individuals.
- Utilize measurable factors to evaluate value to decide how much money is needed for naming, including square footage, usage, public prominence, and actual usage of the donor’s name.
- Create a naming opportunities plan: Create a capital campaign and prioritize naming opportunity plan with the board with respect to achieve the GIRT vision
- Think expansively and creatively of what to name, including:
- Each center/building on GIRT campus,
- Major signature Programs
- Wings of the buildings.
- Room spaces
- Lab spaces
- Entry ways
- Open Play field
- Street on campus
