Empowerment Leadership: Leading and Executing Change
Leading or executing change is more of the role of leadership than management. Leading the execution of the plan based on Complexity Theory of change and understanding how to lead people to “want to” rather than “have to” follow, handle the assigned roles, and exercise the specific power to act.
