When an organization has planned and committed to a culture of change, such as implementing a strategic plan on “big ideas,” the change can be seen and experienced all around the system. This course is a continuation of Transformative Personal Leadership (KLI 2104) with a focus  on managing organizational change.  With our  understanding of  transformation as a process of a leader creating a desired change in himself and others or a leader leading through Relational  Service Leadership process, this course presents some tools that a transformational leader can use to respond to, create or implement desired changes 

KLI-LSC-2106:

Leading and Executing Extraordinary Change

When an organization has planned and committed to a culture of change, such as implementing a strategic plan on “big ideas,” the change can be seen and experienced all around the system. This course focuses on  managing ‘disorganization change. Covers some tools that a transformational leader can use to respond to, create or implement desired changes

Empowerment Leadership: Leading and Executing Change

Leading or executing change is more of the role of leadership than management. Leading the execution of the plan based on Complexity Theory of change  and understanding how to lead people to “want to” rather than “have to”  follow,  handle the assigned roles, and exercise the specific power to act.

Relational Mentorship for corporate setting offers a comprehensive exploring various models for mentorship relative to small and large scale corporations. Assessment is a systematic process of gathering, selecting,  analyzing, interpreting, and reviewing  information from multiple and diverse sources about educational programs and activities  undertaken during a specific  assessment period. The assessment of teaching and learning are two complementary and overlapping activities with the purpose to benefit both the quality of student learning and the professional development and effectiveness of the teacher. This workshop focuses on Standard-based Teaching and Learning Evaluation and examination of educator effectiveness models for reforming the way school professionals are evaluated  as well as the critical components of training and professional growth.  We concludes with  key highlights on how to frame or develop teaching standards and associate Learning Assessment in Basic) Educational System in local communities or underdeveloped places where there is no standard.
