The primary goal of GIRT in this context is covert the research outcome in Phase 2 into usable products. GIRT will develop plan in this phase to mass-produce, distribute and commercialize the products locally, nationally and globally. The strategies include:

• Convert the research education outcomes to practical use for the betterment of African nations
• Process African raw materials to sustainable products.
• Develop processing plan for the NC processing of GIRT agricultural product fo increased food production
• Direct transfer of research, technology, and innovations to manufacturing of products based on raw materials readily available in Africa
• Incubate manufacturing spin-off companies and entrepreneurially innovative research-based economy
