GIRT will be a catalysis for the transformation and advancing of global understanding and knowledge in the four proposed priority areas. In most of Africa, there is greater need for independent institute that provide knowledge-base economy and education and service in these priority areas. The advantages and benefits of GIRT are many, including:

• Self-contained with lodging, technological equipped, and all-inclusive institute in a secured environment
• Support the core pillars through education/training, infrastructural development, strategic engagement and partnerships,
• Multi-university research ecosystem with societal impacts in human capacity development, socio-economic development, public health, and community development.
• Lead basic research that informs agricultural development and manufacturing, convergence of medical research and services that reduces the frequent recurrence of deaths caused by lack of adequate facilities.
• Serve a synergistic research ecosystem that maximizes the strengths of multiple universities and scientists, where group of experts come together to work on common problems.
• Partnerships with other universities and organizations lead complex global enterprise.
• Serve as consortium of top research institutions as global leader in the key SDG, UN, and SAS initiatives in Africa.

• Self-contained, all-inclusive technologically equipped Leadership Training Institute now under construction to be opened Jaun 2025.

• Financial incentives for education of talented youth with unmet financial need
• Certificates, Diplomas and post-graduate degrees in approved specialized courses in partnership with global universities
